Holemasters back the Diamonds for the Ninth Season

Since 2016, the Holemasters Group, which includes Holemasters Scotland and Holemasters Fire Protections, have proudly sponsored Airdrieonians. Our role as main club sponsors began in 2017. CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Further to the Last nights announcement by Boris Johnston and the UK government The Holemasters Group, Holemasters Scotland & Holemasters Fire Protection have taken the very hard but sensible decision to embrace their advice and will take the appropriate steps to stand down all operations from 5pm today, Tuesday 24th March 2020.
We will have a skeleton crew who are currently working hard to recover and secure our plant and equipment from sites across the.
central belt.
During these unprecedented circumstances and the rapid spreading of COVID-19 the safety and welfare of our staff, their families, customers and suppliers is our main concern.
Like so many organisations we will continually monitor the government guidelines throughout this three week ‘lockdown’ period and release a further statement as further information becomes available.
All staff and I will be able to work remotely and will be contactable via email during this time to deal with queries.

Holemasters sends it’s condolences

Holemasters Scotland would like to pass on our heart felt condolences to the Crocker family on the passing of their father, Alistair (Mick) Crocker.

Mick was the founder of Corecut one of the UK’s leading Diamond Drilling companies.

Mick was an absolute pleasure to work for, and alongside, and helped shape the industry to what it is in Scotland today.

Group Managing Director Jim McArthur said “Working for Mick in the early days was hard but enjoyable. I think it’s fair to say we would not be where we are today without the knowledge gained from working for Mick. He will be missed.”

Holemasters signs up

Holemasters Scotland Ltd are delighted to announce that our main sponsor package with Airdrieonians Football Club has been extended until the end of season 2018/19.

Airdrieonians reported – Holemasters and the McArthur family have become synonymous with Airdrieonians FC in recent years, and their decision to support the new era at the club further enhances the ambitious business planning for next season.

Club chairman Bobby Watson stated: “Holemasters and Jazz McArthur’s contribution towards this football club in the past and

moving forward is very much appreciated by the board of directors and our supporters.”

After a few months of hard work and dedication we are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new website.

Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors an easier way to learn about Holemasters’ services and solutions. The new website is interactive and gives better access to the services we provide.

Our main goals for the new website were to make it faster, easier to navigate, and easier for us to update, so we can share our news with you as soon as possible.

Holemasters gain LPCB accreditation

Holemasters Fire Protection, a leading division of Holemasters Scotland Limited, are pleased to announce that they have just been third party certified under the BRE Global Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) scheme.

lpcbThe LPCB has worked with the industry and government for more than 100 years to set the standards necessary to ensure that fire and security products and services work effectively. In that time the LPCB Mark has become an internationally recognised mark of trust.

Jim McArthur, Managing Director said today “Today Holemasters Fire Protection joins the LPCB scheme to ensure that our standards couldn’t be higher in the passive fire protection industry.”

Holemasters is Expanding – employment opportunities

Due to continued expansion, Holemasters currently have employment opportunities for the following:

Experienced Diamond Drilling & Sawing Operatives.
Candidates should have experience in the Construction Industry and the ability to work individually or as part of a team in an established company. Candidates should should be holders of a full UK Driving Licence in order to be able to travel to and from work locations. Applicants need to show good communication skills (written & oral). CSCS cards will be required and any other training would be an advantage but will be given if necessary.

Experienced Fire Protection Operatives.
Candidates should have experience in Passive Fire Protection product installation. Experience in intumescent paint application would be an advantage. Candidates should should be holders of a full UK Driving Licence in order to be able to travel to and from work locations. Applicants need to show good communication skills (written & oral). CSCS cards will be required and any other training would be an advantage but will be given if necessary.
