The scope of works involves Diamond Drilling works to form new risers for sprinkler pipes along with Passive Fire Protection works to seal the holes formed during the Drilling works along with 3D Concrete Scanning all areas before works commence. Also, Holemasters will be responsible for Drilling & Fire Stopping within over 300 properties to allow for new sprinkler pipes to be installed within them.

Nicola Pitcaithly, Group Senior Quantity Surveyor, said “This is a fantastic project to secure for us at Holemasters. The client is now able to deal with one contractor instead of two or potentially three and we look forward to working with Strathmech in the next coming days”

Phase 1 of the project starts immediately with the Riser works followed by Phase 2 of Property works within the next few months.
